Michey_b’s travelling around

Well as my departure date loomed ever closer suddenly realised that i had to get my arse in gear and get vaccinations sorted.
So booked an appointment with the nurse at the doctors and several weeks later i have only one to go. I do feel like i have lived at the surgery though - its the most i have ever been to the doctors in my life.

Thankfully it didnt knock too much out of my savings as all i had to pay for was meningitis, jap B and cholera which came to £180 - the rest were free - you gotta love the NHS.

So the plan for my RTW 07 trip is fairly flexible but the rough route is as follows:

Canada - Oct 15 - Nov 29th

USA - Nov 30th - Feb 27th

New Zealand - 14 months

Australia - 4 months

Thailand - 1 month

Laos - 3 weeks

Cambodia - 3 weeks

Vietnam - 3 weeks

China - 1 month

Nepal - 2 weeks

India - 6 weeks
grand total - 2 1/2 years approx though depends on how much money i have left by the time i finish India.
