My kind of work takes me around the country, meeting different types of people and getting exposed to different lifestyles, beliefs and cultures.

As a consumer anthropologist I get to peek below the surface of a place when I travel. I also have access to local tips on where to go, what to try, where to eat.

I would love to travel for longer periods of time and not have to worry about meeting a deadline but, well, I guess I'm lucky to even be getting around at all instead of being stuck in an office cubicle.

So here's a very local point of view on the Philippines and its wondrous islands and people. Sometimes even crossing the street to the coffee shop can be so hilariously Filipino.
