Rebecca and I went for our basic medical yesterday.

It was pretty straight forward stuff height, weight, breath, cough read the chart ect.

We also got a hepatitis a-b shop while we were there, it did not hurt then but I can still feel my arm aching now.

we have to go back in march before we go to get a hep a-b booster, some malaria tablets and other medicine for food poisoning.
