April 13, 2005Goodbye Vietnam
I finished out my time in Vietnam with a trip down the Mekong River. As our boat passed the kids on shore waved. I have really grown to love being waved at by little kids. These kids really took their waving seriously. They were both arms flapping, booty wiggling, knee knocking, big toothy grin waves. Sometimes they also tried to impress you with their most spectacular jumps into the river while waving. I felt very welcomed as I passed by. Comments
