I thought you would be amused to know that I road my bike into a tree when I was on Don Det in Laos. I was fully aware of what I was doing when I did it. The branchese over the path looked willowy and I thought they would glide right over me.

They didn't.

In fact, they didn't give at all. They cut and bruised my arm. I think I might have a permanent scar.
