February 02, 2005Cooking School
Tina and I took a Thai cooking class. The class began with our teacher informing me that I had my apron on inside out. I have a tendency to do this. Whenever I show up with my shirt on inside out, my friends like to snicker and wonder aloud about my secret trist. I wish it were that interesting. In reality, it is just absent mindedness. I like to think it is the sign of some undiscovered genius. We made all sorts of yummy food including red curry, spring rolls, chicken wrapped in Pandarus leaves and a soup. I'm pleased to inform you all that with a sous chef, instructor and clean up crew, I am actually quite a fantastic cook. It seems my lack of culinary creation is just a result of lack of resources.
