Sun, Jan 16- Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha. Vienmanek (sp) House. Tuk Tuk ride to China town.
Mon, Jan 17- Jim Thompson's House. Tour with Tina and Paul. Figured out BKK bus system, which few people do, and saved some Bahts. Giant Solid Gold Buddha.
Tue, Jan 18- Fly to Koh Samui. Lounge on the beach.
Wed, Jan 19- Ferry to Koh Tao. Begin burning process.
Thur, Jan 20- Early morning snorkeling. Lounge on the beach. Enhance burn and start prickly heat.
Fri, Jan 21- Kayak to snorkeling sites. Eat with Eric, Debbie and Lorn.
Sat, Jan 22- Ferry back to Koh Samui. Finally start writing for blog.
Sun, Jan 23- Fly to BKK and train to Authaya. Visit five temples.
Mon, Jan 24- Finish seeing sights in Authaya and take night train to Chiang Mai
Tues, Jan 25- Wonder around Chiang Mai
Wed, Jan 26- Trekking in mountains near Myanmar; Group Emma, Irene, Seamus, Katie, Priska, Nathaniel, Sarah, and Nadia
Thurs, Jan 27- more trekking and a ride on an elephant; stay with Hill Tribe; yummy food
Fri, Jan 28- more trekking and bamboo rafting; send laundry out
Sat, Jan 29- Chiang Mai Cooking School- I'm a chef! get clean clothing back hooray!
Sun, Jan 30- Mountain Wat, shopping, traditional Thai take out meal from market, huge locals night market
Mon, Jan 31- Wats, Orchid/Butterfly farm, Bit of shopping
Tues, Feb 1- Hung out in park; said goodbye to Tina; Ate vegetarian.
Wed, Feb 2- Got ear talked off by 19 year old Ben on gap year; went to mall. Blogged.
Thurs, Feb 3- Traveled to Chiang Khong; Met Mark, Liverpool Matt and Ryan- ate with them and went to Rasta Bar
Fri, Feb 4- Crossed Mekong to enter Laos. Greeted by very friendly guy. Met John from England. Was put on uncomfortable boat but switched to the better boat living John behind.
