As expected, the food in Thailand has been fantastic. Many of the food stalls and restaurants have cute little signs that say, "Clean Food Good Taste" and have a picture of a smiling plate wearing a chefs hate and holding a fork and spoon. I've eaten almost all of the Thai chicken and tofu dishes offered in the tourist restaurants and food stands- Basil/Chili, Cashew Nut, Pad King, Pad Thai, Tom Yum Guy, Red Curry, Green Curry, Yellow curry etc. I also had incredibly fresh and delicious red snapper at the beach. They actually showed me the fish before cooking it. I'm addicted to papaya shakes. Generally, I eat a western breakfast. The other dayI had the option of ordering my eggs poached, fried, or screaming. I ordered my eggs screaming. I love the visual of two hard boiled egges being placed in front of me yelling, "I'm not going down without a fight!" As it turns out, all I got was a plate of scrambled eggs. Comments
