Bio

KimI'm ecstatic to be taking my third long term travel trip. The difference with this trip is that while I am planning four months in SouthEast Asia, I have no responsiblities demanding that I return home. I've quit my job and given up my place. I'm ready for a career change so who knows what the future may hold.

A little about me - I grew up in NJ and have one sister and two great parents who think I am crazy. After graduating from the University of Vermont, I moved to San Francisco where I have been for the past 10 years. My hobbies include hiking, backpacking, swimming, improv, reading, discussing politics and game nights with friends.

Couldn't resist but look at your blog, given the title. Ah that I could change my own! Well, sounds like we made similar decisions to escape life back at home. I wish you good travels while you're out here.

In in China now, and I hope to fly out to Australia later in the summer.

Cheers,
Rob
