DAY 4

-Today we left for London... We took the MegaBus - (view image) to london for only £3 each! what a deal.. when we were leaving we found out Fiona was going to london that day as well (she is Australian and we met playing Trivia Pursuit). So we tried booking her a ticket but online it siad there were "no journeys". So we went to the bus stop and convinced the bus driver to let her on without a ticket, which worked! So she got to go and everthing was well.

I miss Baggie's Backpackers hostel, it was such a great place...almost think we should go back and work in brighton for the remainder of the summer and live there...though we would sacrifice our one way plane rides to places....

So we get to london and exchange numbers with Fiona and go sparate ways, she goes to her cousins house, as we went to the Quest hostel, part of the AstorHostel.com chain.... I think it was too comercial and they go for quantity rather than quality...

DAY 5 - London walking.... (saturday june 20th)

Today we did a lot of walking around london.. which is great!!! there is so much to see that you just have to know that you cant see it all in one trip here! so, we did all the free stuff, looked at big ben, buckingham palace, rode the underground everywhere (£4.00 weekend unlimited pass), etc... We actually met up with Fiona and her cousin Vicki at the Buckingham palace, and we just followed Vicki around everywhere as she knew where everything was that was exciting.

later on we split and went to a different hostel and fell asleep very early (6pm)because we were so knackered we could not walk anymore...(we also cariried our packs around with us ALL day because we didnt have a hostel lined up because most were all booked up...Vicki let us use her cell phone (it was way cheaper that ours) to call around. She is very nice and funny and we had a great time.

we woke up at 9pm-ish that same day and went to the grocery to get supplies for speghetti bologanese (meat) for supper and then went to bed.
