Greetings from Costa Rica!

Hello Everyone!
I hope this email finds you all well! Yesterday we arrived in Costa Rica. After a long mountainus journey through the rain forest, in the middle of the night in a crappy rental car, we arrived at our Hotel in Jaco. We have a fantastic hotel, on the beach with a great surf break...............

Our two friends Nicole and John had already been there one day. They helped us get situated, and before I knew it, I fell a sleep in bed...(no comments Diana!!!!)
We woke up this morning at 5:30 for our first surf sessionl. The wave weren't epic, but a good start for me. The last time I surfed was +/- 7 yrs. ago, so needlesss to say, I didn't do my best. My prediction is that by the end of the week, it will all come back to me!
The fruit here is great, but the prices are just as expensive as the states. I was expecting "Thailand Cheep" but unfortunatly, I was wrong.
Other than that, its pretty relaxed here. The people are nice, but there are so many DAMN AMERICANS here. I haven't met any dutch people yet, but like you all know...you can't go anywhere without running into Nederlanders! I promiss to update you further when I have more to report.

Oh yeah, by the way....its +30 here, that over 90 for you americans. The weather couldn't be any better!!
