BIO

I'm 27 and have lived all my life in Orpington Kent, South East England. I have resigned from my job which I was in for 9 years to go on an adventure around Australia!! Since the age of 21, Australia is one of the places I said I would visit before I'd die. It's taken me a while to save the pennies, but now I've done it - and now it's finally here....

I leave the UK on 8th March 2005 to fly to Penang, where I'll be staying for 6 nights (to recover from jetlag and relax). From there, I'll be flying into Sydney, arriving morning of the 16th March. I was a bit nervous about travelling alone but thanks to the wonder of the internet, I've arranged to meet loads of fellow travellers along the way.

I'm sure my plans will change along the way but I'll keep you all posted.

Hey Jo. Hope everything is going ok! We're having a good time, although are now looking for jobs and stuff so thats not so much fun! But there are some really cool places in Sydney so call when get here! Good luck with the packing!
