I miss UVA already! I hear the weather is great in
C'ville and I'm sooo thankful that it has also been
beautiful here these past few days-- it definitely helps
the spirits when the sun is shining. I'm in Williamsburg
until tomorrow, when Mom's going to pack me in the back of
the car and drive me back up to Philly so I can wander
aimlessly around my house up there:)

Some of you may remember me mentioning how scared I was to
get this done-- and I'm realizing now that it's not as bad
as I'd expected! Of course, the percoset (sp?) helps...
it makes me all sorts of woozy and feeling like I'm
floating. I can hobble around and put some weight on the
leg already-- mom says the swelling isn't that bad for two
days after surgery.

Since it was Mother's Day yesterday, we had a lot of
visitors-- I saw two sets of aunts and uncles, my dad and
brother were down (and got to go to Busch Gardens-- lucky
ducks!!) and I saw my cousin for a little bit. It's been
great to have some sort of entertainment around besides
the TV and the mounds of books I have.

Mom's going to take me to get a pedicure today:) I hope
they don't cringe too much at my swollen foot!! So with
that, I'm off. I love you all so much and can't wait to
see you again!! Come visit in Philly if you've got nothing
better to do!!
