Hangin in Pai

Sawadee Krap everyone,

Today is the 5th day in Pai it has all been grand however, without the use of my curesed foot. I have been inhibited from doing most the things that intrest me. Swiming with the elephants, rock climbing, intertubing, gettin a foot massage, going on a hill tribe trek. So instead i have been doing allot of hangin in my hamock. I have spent several hours watching the ants. They are truely amazing cratures. I find great enjoyment in placing a piece of food in front of a lone ant and then timing how long it takes for him to return with a thousand of his best friends. I also witnessed one of the most brutal battles of all time. Yes you herd me right it was quite gruesome. The battle of the butterflies. The

Hey Jer, had to send you a quick note to let you know Dawn and Anthony got married in Vegas this morning! I got a message at 5:20am with Anthony sounding a bit intoxicated and crying exclaiming that he had never been happier in all his life and that him and Dawn were now husband and wife! He sounded really touched.. Made me cry!
Of course I heard the phone ring and thought what the.. I heard Anthony crying and immediately thought he got himself into trouble in Vegas or something (ye of little faith), so I ran downstairs and played the message and heard him telling us he loved us, so I stopped the message and figured he was just partied out and being sentimental and I’d listen to it in the morning. When we came down this morning and listened to it again I heard the whole story.. I’m happy for him! -Also.. No mentioning it to Juneau people in case Dawn hasn’t told her mom yet..

Your story about your stitches made me get the eebie jeebies!
