May 23, 2005Our First Day in Egypt
Hi everyone,
Even though the air appears grey/ brown with smog, there was a noticable difference in how the air tasted/ felt in our lungs when we were at the pyramids vs right downtown. The smog in Cairo is unbelievable. The people have been incredibly friendly though, and we were able to find a great Egyptian food stop where we had fel-a-fel (a pita filled with shaved beef and spices) which was delicious. Comments
