hey graham. thanks anyway. here are some tips from my travels so far. send some my way too if you have time. (hotmail account)
1. if you spend more than two days in paris get either the karnay (ten metro tickets) or the cart d’orange (unlimited metro travel for a week)
2. TRUST ME, do the louvre and the orsay museum FIRST thing in the morning. get there 20 minutes before it opens if necessary. you will not enjoy the lines. louvre is closed on tuesday and the orsay on monday, keep that in mind.
3. in berlin, the gameldergalerie (art museum) isnt as impressive as it may seem. the artists they say they have (titian, caravaggio, raphael) do have art work there, but they are all unknowns to me. (idk maybe your two semesters of art outdoes my 1) but in my opinion, going to the top of the reichstag (parliament building) is much more worthwhile
4. get a boulette im brouchet, much better than a brawt.
5. if you have an int. hostel card, the berlin int. hostel is okay. clean, free sheets, free locker keys, comp access, sinks in room. i just found it by going to hihostel.com, you need the membership though.
ill keep in touch. have fun man. im going to be on my own starting tomorrow, when i see you ill tell you the all too frustrating for me story. peace bro

More Tips: (Sorry I still can’t email your UP account)
1. Wombats Hostel in Munich and Vienna are awesome!! I definitely suggest it.
2. My friend said when you go to Prague, stay at the Czech Inn. I checked it out online, it looks pretty damn good.
3. Dackau Concentration Camp outside of Munich is a must.
I’m feeling the wrath of booking hostels late. I basically booked 10 days ahead already but I already can’t find a room in Florence on the 3rd. :-s Have you gone to Croatia yet? What route did you go??? Take care man. -Kevin
