		<description>of course, in France, they were sandwich jambon et fromage, and I could not get enough of them! Cheap, available, filling, after I got sick partway through PBP, they nursed me back to health and helped me finish the ride.  I never liked Swiss cheese until I had those sandwiches. Now, I have them all the time, without the butter though.

		<description>Walking is a bit like meditation... at some point, you put one foot in front of the other and nothing else matters much... you'll probably find that your worries recede quickly - your journey will probably take on a life of its own, and anything not related to your walk will slowly take a back seat... at least that's been my experience - not on El Camino, but on other long walks.</description>
