Rock & Roll Crazy Night

Wow, what a night! Afer enjoying some Mac & Jack's at Romio's, our group discovered some troubling news. A friend of mine, Eugene Kim, was stabbed twice while trying to help security remove an unruly patron from Dante's, a bar in the University District. I spent much of the wee hours of the morning there at the hospital with friends. Eugene was in critical condition for a while, but the doctors tell us that he will be just fine. I got to speak to him a little this morning, and although he looked a little rough, I'm sure he'll be back in action in no time.

Another sunny and chilly day in Seattle...I wish I had my digital camera available to snap some pictures, but my battery is dead, and in my haste, I forgot to pack the cable with which to charge it. I'll have to wait till tomorrow, when I retrun to my parents' place in Castle Rock, WA.

It still hasn't sunk in that I will be in Asia in 6 days and will likely be gone for 6 months! For now, it is business as usual and I am just enjoying some relaxing moments with friends.

Until we meet again...
