Thats the question I get asked the most, Why?

I guess I can give three reasons why, a sense of purpose, a shining hope and a boon of achomplishment.

I believe that God created everyone and everything for a reason, I believe I have found the reason I was put here, and this is it. I know some people might take this the wrong way but there's not much I can do about that.

But no where else, does my self confidence soar like it does when I'm here on the road, no where else is my sense of wonder fulfilled, like it is when I'm traveling.

When I'm home and things start to get dark, now I just need to look to the future to the shining lighthouse God put before me to show me the way to give me hope. To bring me back where I belong, and comforts me when I'm down the way no other thing or person can do no matter how hard they try.

Right now I find myself looking back on the last time I hit the road, and I remember the things I did and saw and tasted, and experienced, and I can't help but smile with pride.

I know some people don't understand, but there are others who won't even try to understand, they just laugh at me for being a fool, or scowl at me for being selfish, and lazy.

I'm not going to deny the fact that they do affect me, because they do. But I can't worry about that too much, it'll just give me an ulser. And an ulcer is one thing I can't afford not with the very spicy Thai food I'll be eating soon.
