A lost cause makes me nervous

I have two days remaining left until my staging for the Peace Corps. I’ve given into the temptation and started this blog. Whether or not I’ll actually write in it remains to be seen. I am going to post the song Blair wrote that inspired me to start it and since I have a sneaking suspicion she may be creepily waiting for me in Casablanca (hope this doesn’t violate any copyright laws)

A lost cause makes me nervous
for things on the surface
but I don’t get scared much by threats.

Lost time it will haunt us

but I think we’ll be ok yet.

We place our bets with our ears to the tracks
got a full, solid 25 years at our backs.
