no red speedos for the men pleeeease!

just sat around watching the people go by. it's a cold day in winter t'day in cairns. only 28 degrees (yes, jinnie that's in celsius). there's no proper beach here but the lagoon (swimming pool) draws the people in packs. mostly just to sunbake. you'll see the men on their lunch break stroll through this touristy area to have a looksey at the topless girls sunbaking. a note to men: please do not sunbake in your speedos...espcially bright RED ones. for some reason, it's just not that attractive. from my job on the Esplanade across the street, i have a view of the water, the lagoon and the blanket of sunbakers chillaxing under the oz winter sun. i must admit, although the winter days are close to vancouver summers, the nights have been a wee bit on the chilly side for me. but just a light jumpa (from Valleygirl cuz it was on sale for 50% off) and it's all good. =)
