Pixel-stained Technopeasants Unite!

It’s a long story (and it has nothing to do with me), but today, on Monday 23rd April 2007, the Web is celebrating the first Pixel-stained Technopeasant Day.

For those with no patience to read the above links (or who have been away trekking across the desert), a pixel-stained technopeasant wretch (also wench) is someone who gives their work away for free online. To honour the occasion of PST Day, writers and artists have been asked to offer up samples of their creative output, as many have already done for years.

I’m not even a peasant yet (my ‘work’ has not so far earned me a single bowl of gruel), but anyone is invited to join in.

So, in this spirit, here’s a link to my semi-biographical horror story The Leech.

P.S. It could have done with another edit. One lives and learns.
