A new Kid on the Blog
I have started a new blog. Because it has nothing to do with travel (except perhaps ‘inner travel’) it cannot be a part of this one. In fact it is about a completely separate project: a factual book I am writing about having a nervous breakdown :} —and having the piss taken out of you as a consequence of that :{
It is something I will have to get off my chest, and there is no point procrastinating any further. While I certainly still write about travel (there will be more entries on this blog!), I am now in a situation where I have to find a job and earn some dosh to afford to go on another trip (hopefully by late summer/autum for about 3 months so John won’t get too lonely. By then he’ll probably have noticed that I have gone—so I’ll rush back into his arms in time for next Christmas!).
Besides: it’s mid-winter, Christmas is coming, we are about to move lock stock and barrel to a place next to a nuclear weapons factory (yes, really) and I have to pimp myself out for the minimum wage which the taxman already has his eye on. In short: what better time to write about depression?
