·After 10 days in Vang Vieng the group split and 3 of us went north to Luang Prabang, here we did the typical tourist things such as visiting museums and Wats. We went to a waterfall a little further north on a day trip – Kuang Si waterfall, which was just amazing. We climbed to the top where there was a pool that you could swim in; the jump down was about 6 or 7 feet and after Vang Vieng this was nothing! The night market in Luang Prabang was fantastic and kept me amused most evenings! It became a game bartering with the stallholders!
