is the name of the Houseshare that I’ve managed to get a room at. On Sunday I will move from a 2 person room to a 3 person room so that I can save 10.00 more dollars/week. I’ve got a signup at the recruitment agency tomorrow at 9:30am and then afterwards I’ll need to go to IEP to get my bank account set up and tax file number (SIN).

Coffee with Martin was great. He’s so nice and friendly and gave me great advice on some places to see up the coast although I think I should have written it down/taken notes! The trip to his office was kinda funny cuz I walked up and down that street a number of times to find #68 because it is a small unmarked entrance up to the third floor.

THis morning my last roommate checked out of the room. It’s great that I have the whole 4 bunk room to myself now! I think it’s worth paying the extra 4.00 to have a private room temporarily than my new friends Arne and Connor are paying for a full room of 6 peoples.

Had my orientation at the International Exchange Program office today. Mostly Americans and one other Canadian. Seems the IEP office is most known in North America. Arne showed me another working traveller’s office in the same area after I got back.

tonight there is crab racing and bbq at the top of the Hostel fr 4.00. Perfect for my pocketbook!
