November 03, 2004A funny Halloween Anecdote
Jerome, a guy from Wales, sent out an e-mail and had a pretty funny story from halloween back at home: My mum and dad were at home, mum kept answering the door to trick or treaters. She went out for half an hour, and when she came back she found loads of chocolate bars around the house. It seems a little girl and her mum came trick or treating, but dad didn't understand what it was...bless his cotton socks! so he looked down and saw her holding a bucket full of money and chocolate and sweets, so he put a few pound in the bucket, took out some chocolate bars and said "thank you very much" and shut the door! Both the little girl and the mum must have walked away so confused but they didn't know again! I laughed really hard when he told me, just thought I would share that with you... Am in Ko Phi Phi now, gonna post photos up soon (Erik just burnt a bunch to CD, and I'll borrow it soon), talk to you soon... Cheers, Posted by Drew on November 3, 2004 07:48 AM
