a quick background note as I understand it. Richard Neville - long-time satirist and social commentator - registered the domain name: johnhowardpm.org

Published on this website was a satirical speech ‘given by’ the PM to coalition supporters regarding decisions made about the Iraq War. Within 24 hours the site was blocked! The speech is still available from various other sites around the web and below is part of the postscript that was attached to one of the sites in order to explain the satirical nature of the speech and the weird response it has gotten…
