Good to hear from you! We were getting worried, but sounds like you had safe adventures. Are you bringing home any new and exciting recipes? We had fun on our 4 days in Anahiem. Most of us had never been to "Downtown Disney" or "California Adventure," and it was so much fun to experience them! However, just as much fun was going to Disneyland and re-experiencing the same old beloved rides. There were some new things for some of us at the "Big D." Most of us had never been to "Toon Town," and some of the new shows are so wonderful. I think we definitely got our money's worth, and the Californian's in the group still have one day left on each of our tickets! My feet took a beating and they are not ready for a return trip yet. Our best meal was at the "Blue Bayou" in the "Pirates of the Carribean" area - very yummy pork dinner for most of us, and with non-alcoholic mint juleps all around. Keep safe!

Mom and Dad were so happy to hear that you are really ok that they didn't even mention how well you've learned to drink 24 hours a day. I was worried too, but everyone thinks I'm such a whinner about people being ok that I try not to show it all the time. I think my first message to you was, if your gut goes bad eat yogurt. Almost had to take my own advise this week only there was no yogurt here. My stomach has been bad for 4/5 days, but I think the problem might have left the body last night. We'll see. That deal plus the stupid weather have left me with no poop. Haha. Did you get that one. The big white clouds are coming back in now and if we do get a storm I hope it's rain and not a light show. I can't turn the main power switch off any more because of being a 90 lb. weakling so I worry about stuff getting blown up. Hope to get rid of the last paper work this week and then I can sweat re-newing my driver's license. That will keep me awake a few nights. I really don't have any news, but just want to say how happy I am that you are ok. Oh, I have reserved a room for you at a detox place for when you get home. I don't want you to make a mistake and rent your apartment for next year at a local bar. I know, Grandma isn't very funny. The 11th is still too far off. Take care and take care again. Love from G and G

THANK YOU FOR WRITING! I was just about ready to call Nicole (Cassidy's parents gave me her number). I was particularly worried when I knew that they had received two emails from Cassidy, and since we hadn't heard anything from you, I feared that maybe the two of you became separated. Thanks for the description of your favorite eating place and night spot in Cuzco. I enjoyed hearing about your adventure trying to track down Nicole, the parade, and the school carnival for special needs students. Thanks for letting us know your travel plans. We do love to hear from you.... and yes... we do worry about you. Please keep in touch. Much love, Mom

Please be more considerate of those who worry about your safety. Four or more days without a note is not fun...everyone calling around for news. Two sentences will do...the name of where you are staying. The place you are going. dad
