Hello everyone! I’ve been a bit absent from blog as of late, I have gotten a little shy with posting some of what’s been happening with my life lately, which has been a lot of movement of old patterns, replacing them with functional healthy ones and moving (geographically and mentally).

I wish I could give out some snacks and such, but as we are on-line, I can only give the cyber-snacks in the form of links…..so watch this space as it will be brimming with some good reads and feeds…..

A bill is going into the senate regarding free health care to children, please sign the petition to urge your senators to vote yea on it.

It’s an important step for health care at least give the children protection you never know who might one day make policy decision for us!
