2009 Thoughts.

January 2nd, 2009

OMG, I am so grateful for the people in my life…for being able to surrender at least 50% of the time…and for synchronicity, it’s great to start my day off asking for ways to serve….I’m sure this current body issue is just a part of some sort of cleansing (brought on by sleeping the wrong way)….so, it’s good to be alive, once again, it’s so GREAT to be alive.

I am also grateful to be healthy despite a minor lumbar stiffness that has rendered me somewhat limited in certain mobilities, (like bending over, but I can still squat)…good health and love….goes hand in hand, perhaps it’s a place where I still need to love myself….note taken, understood, let’s move on then!

Thank you!

VOTING MACHINE FRAUD…

October 27th, 2008

If you live in Tennessee, Texas, South Caroline and other states that are using the touch screen voting machines, here is what to do if you want to vote for Barack Obama,

http://www.bradblog.com/?p=6567

It would be a shame if all that money that people donated and all the hope that was hyped up by Obama’s campaign team only to serve to the American public another load of manure that there is actually a person that would change the current political machine that drives the rest of the world.

It would mean that the democratic process is only a sham (well, we don’t actually vote for the U.S. presidency anyway, do we, it’s the electoral college) that continues topull the wool over us, the unsuspecting Americans.  Maybe it will finally be exposed that the election process doesn’t work the way it was meant to.

Please write letters to your editors of your newspapers, and call your government representatives.  It happened in 2004, with the touch screen voting machines.  It’s illegal and unethical for these voting machines to be in place if they don’t work and have ties to certain parties.

Shifting perception

October 8th, 2008

Movement of people,

energies, thoughts, things

Loving all of those

even the dark places

in which we love to hide

hard to face

but not realizing

the stagnant

stank of fear of fear

but loving that darkness

with forgiveness, gratitude

moves it along

into light…

movement brings surprises

travelling into other possible realms

could this be me, finally

open, open, open

and in love, love love

cultivating kindness

to darkness

embracing, going with love

seemed so simple and yet so hard

but spreading love, spreading joy

so fleeting yet contagious

floating, spinning, turning,

potentials creating things

releasing, giving, sharing

loving, do we even know

our own power

movement

wow, beyond anything

I could’ve ever thought of

thank you,

thank

you

me

god

universe

source

great beyond

thank you

It’s the little things…cultivating joy…

October 7th, 2008

Today, I was washing my face (with Trader Joe’s Castille Soap btw, doesn’t dry my skin out and keeps my skin vibrant, and clean  if I do say so myself!) and I looked over at the toilet to make sure the cover was down (good Feng Shui for prosperity) and it was and I was over come with excitable joy and I wanted to just scream up and down.  Which I did and then I took a moment to feel more into this spontaneous bout of joy and I understood…here I was, in my little cottage (as my friend calls it), with MY toilet and in MY bathroom, it was maaaaaaaaaaaveholous and I felt even more grateful for being able to live here once again.  Of course the morning sun was partially flooding into my bathroom and with my window open I could see the teenage Oak Tree and the Grandma-ma Oak tree whose branches reach over the roof of my little guesthouse/cottage.

Doing little things to cultivate your happiness brings around these spontaneous fits of joy, how much fun is that?
