Chiloe

Chloe Writes: We couldn´t leave Chile without visiting at least one more place seeing as we had been there for so long. We decided on the island of Chiloe and a town called Castro. Castro is a quaint fishing harbour, well known for the palafitos (houses on stilts). We spent a couple of days wondering around and practicing our spanglish. Unfortunatly Chiloe is also known for the fact that is rains most of the time in winter. So after a short but sweet chill out it was on to Patagonia in southern Argentina and a total of about 50 hours on the bus to get there…. joy!!
