School Project

My 12-year-old cousin Jacob called me today to ask if he could borrow my tourist magazine on Suriname. He told me that his social studies class is studying South America, and they each had to draw a country name from a hat. Then they had 5 minutes to trade with each other. He asked for Suriname since I just went there and had given him some coins from there. I was so flattered that he picked the country that I had just told him about. So tomorrow I’m trekking to the post office to send off the magazine and some extra info so that he can present it next week. Such a good kid. I’m glad my travels are benefiting more than just me!
