Happy solstice everybody! (Autumn if you’re Northern, Vernal if you’re here). You can tell its spring here - all the trees along the avon are spring green and bursting into bloom and all the birdies are nesting.

He isn’t really. He has sort of interesting bone structure that sometimes looks good and sometimes doesn’t. But he’s an absolutely terrific actor. He starred in the Wind that Shakes the Barley, which won the palme d’Or at Cannes and is easily one of the best films I’ve seen.
