WEDDING ACCOMODATION- AMIENS
For guests coming from outside of France, we have accomodation available (19 rooms, 60 beds) at the Centre d’accueil et d’hébergement de Dury, the site of the reception. The rooms are equipped with single beds, showers and sinks; toilets are located in the hallway. They are basic, but comfortable… Most of the rooms consist of 3 or 4 beds, so couples might not have their own private room. These are available to you free of charge on Friday evening and Saturday evening.
We will organize transportation for the international guests staying in Dury between the train station of Amiens and Dury and between Dury and the ”Hotel de Ville” (city hall) for the wedding. This saves you from having to rent a car to get to the site of the reception, which is about 20 minutes outside of Amiens in the country.
If you prefer to have a hotel room, or you want to stay a bit longer in Amiens to visit all of the beautiful sites, I have listed below some hotels in the area. These are good value, but you’ll need to rent a car. There is a Holiday Inn and Best Western in the city center near the train station that run about 100 € per night for a double.
