Whales, penguins and seals -Kaikoura & last post of N.Z. :(

Looks like this is the last post from New Zealand, :(

We really had such a great time, and probably the best so far…!!!! This place is amazing!

Esp: Este es el ultimo post desde Aotearoa y nos da mucha pena dejarlo, con diferencia este es el mejor sitio donde hemos estado de momento.

We headed over to the east coast, where we visited Oamaru, home to several seal and penguin colonies, then on up to Christchurch and further north to Kaikoura to go whale watching.

Esp: Desde Queenstown nos dirigimos a la costa Este, donde visitamos Oamaru donde viven muchas colonias de pingüinos y focas, y de alli a Christchurch y Kaikoura mas arriba para ver ballenas

Moving further south

Just outside of Queenstown we visited Arrowtown, famous for its Autumn Festival, and from the pics I guess you can see why, some beautiful scenery!Some of the locals got together for a bit of a session!

Esp: Cerca de Queenstown esta Arrowtown un pueblo tipico de principios del siglo pasado, justo pillamos el festival de Otono y entre que las casas eran preciosas y los miles de colores de los arboles, gente disfrazada y el ambiente hizo que el festival fuera autentico.
