James & Quene travelling around the World

Este es el carro que usamos para cesplazarnos por la ciudad..je je je .Una réplica de bronce del “Flecha de Plata”, coche de carreras quien Juan Manuel Fangio condujo hasta la vitoria del Gran Prix de Buenos Aires en 1995. En la misma calle encontramos unos de los muchos pasea-perros que hay en la ciudad, que no me importaria intentar un par de veces solo para echarme unas risas con los perros (todos tan obedientes mmm…)..en la ultima foto Puerto Madero , la parte mas moderna de la ciudad junto a la Parque Natural y Reserva de la Costanera Sur…que ya os enseñaremos en otro momento.

ENG: In B.A. sometimes the best way to get around is by car! And we found this speedster in the Puerto Madero area. A bronze copy of “Flecha de Plata”(Silver Arrow) driven by Juan Manuel Fangio when he won the 1955 Buenos Grand Prix. On the same strip, we bumped into a couple of “dog-walkers”, these guys can been seen all over the city, walking other peoples dogs as a professional service. Sometimes they can be walking ten or so dogs, Quene wants to try this out as a profession!!! Say it would be a laugh! Next door is a pic of one of the huge resedential skyscrapers dotted around Puerto Madero, and there’s plenty more being built.

Lo sentimos por el retraso del post, estuvimos muy ocupados con buscar un lugar donde vivir, organizarnos un poco, deshacer las mochillas, no veas el gran suspiro que soltaron, las pobrecitas!!! Pués vamos a estar en Buenos Aires un ratito, para recuperar fuerzas, reunir todo el material del viaje y pensar que hacer con el, disfrutar de esta ciudad y ensenaros como esta ciudad se transforma para el verano.

Vamos a aprovechar y os vamos a ensenar nuestro nuevo barrio, y otras cosillas.

ENG: Apologies for it being a while since we posted, we’ve been busy looking for a place to call home for the next few months, finally got to unpack the rucksacks, man you should’ve heard their sigh of relief, been a tough year for them!!! Well we’ve decided to hang on a bit in Buenos Aires, to rest a bit (from travelling, ha, never thought I’d say that!!!! :o). And it’s nice to be in one spot for a while, so we can really appreciate this city, and see what the summer is like here. And also to give you guys a glimpse of life in Buenos Aires.
