Finally managed to visit Corvinilor (Huniazilor) Castle. It was a rainy day but it wasn’t that cold. Inside the castle…well, that’s another story! I loved it, though.

One my fav things to do is find interesting and healthy recipes …and here’s one:

1 cup canned beans (pinto or black),
1 can tuna canned in water,
1 medium red onion,
some vinegar
black pepper.

I usually eat 1 slice of rye bread alongside. Ideally, I’d add 1 medium tomato to the salad (that’s in summer).

Snowdrops

Snowdrops are , for me, the messengers of spring. Sure, it’s still quite cold outside and the forecast says it might snow a bit tonight but overall, the temperatures are above zero , sometimes even about 10C!
