Rumors were that the Zoo will be closed because the animals don’t have enough space as per EU standards. Other voices say that the land has a really good market value and some would rather see villas there than animals.
As much as I’m a fan of Zoos, after seeing Budapest Zoo I’m more inclined to tell them to donate the poor animals somewhere where they have a lot of space !
