I decided to start writing some blogs on what i totally loved in Budapest (ok, to be honest i LOVED everything)…We spend over 7 hours in Budapest Botanical Garden and Zoo…for 1700 HUF (little over 9 USD) per adult, we were offered a variety of plants and animals to explore. Yes, to “explore” b/c a lot of the animals were free in the same pavilions with us. You were not allowed to touch them, but the butterflies would come very close and sometimes “land” on you.


We also adored the lion cub. Unfortunately we couldn’t take photos b/c our camera was not that proficient, but we filmed the little cat We were sorry that the bears were not on display since their habitat was under reconstruction. But that’s a good reason to go back next summer, right?
