Yes, i’m planning to go back to the city I LOVE! Hence the research.
I ended up finding a totally neat place Called Dominik Panzio
After researching for a long while i managed to find something located quite well, right near Heroes Square and the Zoo oh yeah and at 600 meters from the station where the train from Arad arrives

Obviously the next step is to check out the train prices (there is a direct train from Arad to Budapest).
