Apparently we (yes, me & hubby) ended up in Bacau, Romania. He’s been here on a business trip wt/out me for a month and then he managed to get me as well when he was asked to come again. Anyway, after 14 hours on the train (God, I hate the infrastructure in Romania!) and a cold later, I’m finally settled in the hotel room.

I must admit the hotel, Hotel Dumbrava, is GREAT! We have a double room with king bed, AC, heating, TV, tub, huge hallway and balcony. The wireless internet works GREAT so I can work.

I didn’t manage to see anything though since we arrived late and we are still too tired to check out the city. But we are planning to over the weekend.

I was out today and noticed that the festival will actually take place in the park Behind the Town Hall. I saw a lot of small cottages with Winery names and a huge stage. Pfuu! I won’t have to listen to music all weekend long! In Avram Iancu Square there’s a car show.
