Good call on the stilettos!! I was sitting at an outdoor cafe today waiting for my friend, and there was a group of police randomly stopping people, asking for papers/identification, and then some of those people would go for a little ride in a police car if they didn’t have the right papers. I just kept my head down and kept writing and tried not to make eye contact or look as nervous as I was. Other than that, I’m pretty impressed with Moscow!
