June 13, 2004Dead Forest
What`s with all the dead treas in the Karkonosze mountains? If someone knows please let me know. When I first saw some from afar on my first hike, I assumed there had been a fire, but then on my second hike I walked through what seemed to be an entire dead forest. It was eerie, like something out of a fairytale or a nightmare. They looked more siler than grey from up close, and they didn`t look nor feel burnt. Is it acid rain? Comments
