Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
From Changsha, China
Wishing you and your family Peace, Happiness and Good Cheer for the holidays and into the new year. My thoughts of Christmas’ past and the times shared with family and friends will be with me this holiday season.

This will be my last entry until after Christmas. Stay tuned for pictures of our Christmas Party, Turkey Dinner and Liz' visit next week! The school's christmas tree above is how it looks after the little ones made all kinds of decorations. They had fun stringing popcorn, making bells, wreaths and paper chains. Until next time.............

Merry Christmas Janice!
Glad to hear all is well.
Question for you. What are you doing about cigarettes?
Take care, and Merry Christmas to all of your friends and family.

Kelly: Smoking Chinese 555 cigs at $2 per pack - not great - like those ones from the reserve. (cough, cough) Kim and I both smoke and were all set to go to the hospital for acupuncture yesterday (to quit) but we couldn't find a Chinese speaking person (staff) to go with us. So hopefully in the new year we will be both quitting. I also brought 2 boxes of patches with me. I was going to quit when I got here but since Kim smoked and I was a little stressed from traveling it didn't happen.

Happy New Year , Janice. We wish you great success and happiness . Thanks for the Christmas card...am saving it so Josh can take it for "Show and Tell" at school in a couple of years. (ever the teacher!)
Good luck with your non smoking...great that Kim will try to quit with you.
We missed you at the navy club on Boxing day....same old crowd! I told Graham Roach that i was planning to set you up with a date with you, but that you moved to China. He said to tell you he would still be here next year!! Do you remember him, Roach lumber family?
All the best, God bless, Freda

Rose, I feel your pain....I too be a Blog-hog am here daily but usually disappointed. You would think that Jan/Mom actually works, come on I will have Erik teach you a thing or two about keeping the Blog-Hogs happy!

BTW, Rose....I was thinking since we are the only two Canadian Chicks living in close proximity to NYC and reading Erik's Blog that perhaps we should make a trip to NYC for his homecoming? What do you think this big announcement is that he has planned to Superbowl?
