Hello, Host Family!

I just found out a little bit about the family I'll be staying with in Cusco, Peru, while I'm studying Spanish. The father is an electrical engineer, and his wife is a lawyer. They have a 5-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son, and a grandmother also lives with them. A quick internet and guidebook search didn't turn up any information about their neighborhood, but I don't think it'll be too far from the Spanish school. I think it'll be fun to spend time with the kids--and my Spanish is much closer to their level anyway! This makes it feel much more real. I'm finally starting to move beyond stressing out about everything and am getting excited. Now I need to figure out what kind of gift to bring for my host family. The fact that they have kids makes it a little easier, but I'm still feeling a little stumped. Any ideas?
